Novoair to operate 6 flights daily on Dhaka-Cox’s Bazar route
Novoair, a private airline of the country, has increased number of daily flights on Dhaka-Cox's Bazar route due to growing number of travelers to the popular beach town.
"From tomorrow, the airline will operate six flights daily, instead of two," Novoair said in a press release today.
Earlier on August 12, the government said tourist spots, resorts as well as recreation venues will reopen from August 19.
In a notification, the Cabinet Division said they will be allowed to operate at half capacity following safety protocols.
The airline will operate six flights from Dhaka -- at 8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm and 4:20pm -- to Cox's Bazar. From Cox's Bazar, flights will leave for Dhaka at 10:05am, 11:05am, 1:35pm, 3:05pm, 4:35pm and 5:55pm, in compliance with health guidelines issued by government.
Currently, Novoair operates daily six flights each to Chattogram, Jashore, Saidpur, and two flights each to Sylhet, Barishal and Rajshahi.
