3 secretaries get new posting

The government today transferred three secretaries in the latest reshuffle in the civil administration.

Relief and Disaster Management Secretary Mesbah Ul Alam has been transferred to the primary and mass education ministry.

Md Shah Kamal, additional secretary to the Local Government Division, has been appointed as the acting secretary to the relief and disaster management ministry.

Parikkhit Datta Choudhury, managing director of Jibon Bima Corporation, has been made acting member with the rank of acting secretary to the privatisation commission.

The public administration ministry issued separate gazettes to this effect.
