3 hurt in Dhaka bomb blasts

At least three people, including a Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) leader, were injured in separate crude bomb blasts in Dhaka this evening.

Proloy Ghosh, a joint secretary of BCL central committee, and Sirajul Islam, a student of the Dhaka University (DU), sustained splinter wounds when miscreants exploded a bomb in Nilkhet intersection around 7:30pm, said an official of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) police camp.

Meanwhile, Hazrat Ali, a pedestrian, was injured as criminals blasted a bomb near F Rahman Hall on the DU campus this evening.

The injured were given primary aid at DMCH.
