Annisul collects nomination form

Eminent businessman Annisul Huq today collected a nomination form to join the upcoming Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) mayoral race.

The former president of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) bought the form around 3:40pm from the returning officer’s office at Agargaon.

After collecting the form, Annisul told reporters that his main aim is to ensure overall development of the capital city.

“If I win, I will ensure overall development of the city and stand beside the city dwellers,” he said.

The elections to the DNCC will be held on April 28 simultaneously with the Dhaka south and Chittagong city corporations.
