Awami League Parliamentary Party sits Oct 26

A meeting of Awami League Parliamentary Party (ALPP) will be held on October 26.

The meeting has been slated at 6:00pm at Gonobhabhan with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at its lead, said a press release issued from the parliament secretariat.

ALPP Secretary Noor-E-Alam Chowdhruy requested all AL MPs to attend the meeting.

Premier Hasina, also president of the Awami League, is likely to give important directions to her party’s lawmakers ahead of the upcoming general election, insiders said.
