Khaleda meets senior BNP leaders tonight

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will meet the party’s senior leaders to discuss the country’s current political situation and post-Eid anti-government movement.

The meeting is expected to start at the party chief’s Gulshan office around 9:00pm with Khaleda in the chair, Sayrul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP chairperson’s media wing, told The Daily Star.

Vice-chairman and members of BNP’s National Standing Committee, advisers to Khaleda and party’s joint secretary generals are expected to attend in the meeting, he added.
