Law minister seeks vote in Brahmanbaria

Law Minister Anisul Huq today sought vote for "boat", the electoral symbol of Awami League, to reelect the party in the next general election for the sake of continuation of the country's development.

"Sheikh Hasina led government is an administration of the development. Her (Hasina) government has tuned the country into a role model of development. Please cast your votes for boat irrespective of cast and creed to ensure continuation of the country's further development," he said.

Anisul Huq, the lawmaker from Ksaba-Akhaura constituency of Brahmanbria, made the call while speaking as chief guest to a meeting organized by Brahmanbaria’s Kasba Upazila Awami League on the occasion of Iftar Mahfil at Kasba Adorsha High School premises.   

Local Awami League leaders spoke on the occasion.
