1 more child’s body found in Naf river, 4 bodies recovered in 2 days

Another unidentified body of a child was found on a char of Naf river under Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar this morning, reports our local correspondent quoting police.

Teknaf Police Station Officer-in-Charge, Md Hafizur Rahman, said that locals found the body on a char of Naf river this morning and informed the police. A police team later recovered the body.

The body has been sent to Cox's Bazar District Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, Hafizur added.

Yesterday, bodies of two children and a woman were recovered by police from Naf river near Hnila union in Teknaf upazila. According to Teknaf Police Station Inspector Abdul Alim, they were all from Kutupalong Rohingya camp. Police believe that the woman whose body was recovered yesterday was the mother of the child whose body was found today.
