3 kids among 4 Rohingyas killed in Cox’s Bazar fire

Four Rohingyas, including three children and a woman, were killed in a fire at Kutupalong refugee camp in Ukhia upazila of Cox's Bazar early today.

The deceased were identified as Nur Saba, 25, wife of Abdur Rahim, her daughter Dilshan Bibi, 5, Amin Sharif, 3, and Anjuman, 5. They took shelter in the camp fleeing persecution by Myanmar army in Rakhine State.

Mohammad Afruzul Haque Tutul, additional superintendent of Cox's Bazar police, said the fire broke out at a tent from a candle around 3:30am, leaving the four dead.
