While there are various parking and driving simulators available for the mobile platform, the ones by Studio Up Down have been clearly dominating the genre for some years now. Their latest game, Dr. Parking 4 is an overall improvement over its predecessors.

Dr. Parking 4 is quite similar to its predecessors, with improved visuals and more polished gameplay. The previous versions heavily focused on the single-player portion but this version is more focused on multi-player albeit the single-player portion is still there. Upon opening the game, you are given the option to choose a car and then play either in multiplayer mode or in the single-player mode which has now been dubbed as the "practice" mode. The HUD is neat and is conveniently customisable. Options for both left-hand drive and right-hand drive are there. One aspect where the developers went a bit backwards is that there is no option to control the sensitivity of the steering wheel. There are multiple camera modes including a view from the driver's seat which in my opinion provides the most immersive experience. Besides referring to the rear view mirrors for assistance, players can also pay attention to the newly added proximity sensor. Overall, Dr. Parking 4 is a simple game with considerably good visuals and engaging gameplay. Ignoring the absurd amount of microtransactions, this game can be a very helpful when you need to kill some time.
