SleepyTime
Platform: iOS, Android
It's difficult to sustain a sleep loving lifestyle once you start university. And especially when you're bad at maths. You can never tell when the right time to go to bed would be to get that necessary 7 hours of sleep. This is when phone apps really come in handy.
SleepyTime is a simple app that calculates the number of hours you're going to get. The functions are divided in three categories based on: when should you sleep; when should you wake up; and when should you wake up if you slept at that moment itself. The app will calculate your sleep cycles and present you with a list of the various times you can wake up at without feeling like you're in a new world entirely. For instance, if you put in you have to wake up at 9am, it'll tell you the best times to go to bed. Similarly, if you let the app know you're going to bed at 4am, it'll give you another list of times you can wake up to. It also separates the time based on what would be naps and would be considered proper sleep. Furthermore, the app also lets you set alarms itself without having the need to open any other apps.
You can also modify how long it takes for you to fall asleep, so the app can consider that variable as well when calculating your sleep title. Interactive features are extremely simple to use as well. Basically, if you love sleep, hate maths – this app is great.
