Eastern University Mooting Team crowned champions

Eastern University Mooting Team has been crowned champions in the Bangladesh National Round of the 12th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition 2021. 

It has received the Best Memorial Award as well. The team will now participate in the Asia Pacific Round to be held in Hong Kong in March 2022. 

Eastern University Mooting Team consists of two mooters – Ismail Ahmmed Chisty and Sanjida Haider Suha from the LL.M. program – and one researcher – Susmita Ghosh from the LL.B. Honours program. The team was mentored by the chairman of the Eastern University Law Department A.B.M Imdadul Haque Khan.

The Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition is one of the most prestigious international humanitarian law moot court competitions where teams from all over the world participate.
