Mirza Salman Ispahani along with Sufi Mizanur Rahman and other distinguished guests inaugurates the new building.

The new academic building of the renowned Ispahani Public School and College, Chattogram (IPSC) was inaugurated on January 2, 2021. The building was named after Mirza Mehedi Ispahani. Ispahani Group Chairman Mirza Salman Ispahani inaugurated the new building equipped with modern facilities. Chattogram Grammar School Director Shereen Ispahani was the designer and architect of the new building. She inaugurated the Teacher-Student Centre of the new building. 

Ispahani Group MD Mirza Shakir Ispahani, PHP Group Chairman Sufi Mizanur Rahman, Confidence Cement Limited VP Rupom Kishor Borua, Chattogram Club's former President Mia Mohammad Abdur Rahim, Omar Gani MES College Principal A. N. M. Sarowar Alam, freedom fighter Jahurulul Islam Siddiqui, local councillor Morshed Ali, IPSC Principal and member secretary Lt. Colonel (retd) Mohammad Moinul Islam Chowdhury, along with faculty members and other officials of the institution, headmasters from other educational institutions run by Ispahani Group, Ispahani Group's senior staff members, media representatives, and other prominent personalities of Chattogram were also present at the inauguration event.

The program started with a welcome speech from the Principal, followed by greetings from Mirza Salman Ispahani. He promised that the Ispahani Group will continue to support the enlightenment of future generations by providing scholarships, spreading education, establishing science laboratories and other facilities to turn them into ideal citizens of the country.  

The institution was founded by the then Ispahani Group Chairman Mirza Ahmed Ispahani in 1979. Ispahani Group has always been involved in the nurturing and enlightenment of students by ensuring proper academic and extracurricular activities.
