FRANTIC FANTASY

Sergio Aguero Out. Alexis Sanchez In.

The international break is thankfully over as the weekend offers us another chance to lose ourselves in fantasy football. Here are a few suggestions that may help you tweak your squad ahead of Gameweek 4, which includes big games like the Manchester derby and the tie between Liverpool and champions Leicester.

1. Sanchez is a must. The Aguero ban is a blessing in disguise if you did not have enough funds to get the Chilean. You may need to take a hit if you do not have a free transfer, but this is a move that cannot be avoided given he plays only Chelsea among the big boys in the next seven games.

2. Hazard as well. Only five goals and four assists came as a shock last season, but the Belgian is back to his best again, already fetching 25 points in the first three games, the highest this far in FPL. So if you are one of those 70% FPL managers who do not have him, do not say no one told you to get him when his price rises further.

3. Sterling is a player reborn. Even a few months back, Raheem Sterling was being dubbed a bad business by the Manchester City management. But with the arrival of Pep Guardiola, Sterling has regained the form he displayed in his Liverpool days. The Englishman already has two goals and two assists to his name, and at 8.2 million is a steal. True, it's the derby this week, but a player of his calibre would be keen to score against the Red Devils. And he may even be asked to play upfront till Aguero returns.

4. Never bench the West Brom defence. The first two games I benched McAuley and he registered a clean sheet (CS) away to Crystal Palace and then scored a goal against Everton. Thankfully he kept another CS when I played him last week. It's Bournemouth away this time, but you never know if Foster would save a penalty or McAuley would score again. Where there is Tony Pulis, there is clean sheet.

5. Benteke to fire soon. We know how badly he fared in Liverpool colours. But he still managed to score nine goals playing just 1529 minutes. Now that the Belgian has joined Palace, he is supposed to lead the line. And with Cabaye missing back to back penalties, I will be surprised if he does not notch at least a dozen this season.

6. The best team for GW4?

Here goes the SHOUT Hot Shots.

Adrian

Bellerin Azpilicueta McAuley

Sanchez Hazard Lamela Barkley

Negredo Costa Hernández

7. Who to hand the armband?

Sanchez. Sanchez. Sanchez. Negredo.

8. Up for a gamble?

Andre Gray. Jermain Defoe. Jamie Vardy.
