Minimalist design
Why it's still in:
This design theme has been highly debated for the last couple of years. And every year we got to see a good amount of apartments and offices prefer this design scheme. There's a good reason for that. Simplicity, serenity and seamlessness- who wouldn't want to decorate their casa centered on these themes. Plus it is a proven fact that minimalist designs are clutter free making offices soothing to work in.

2015 was the year of statement pendants and chandeliers. So is this year. And probably in the coming years too. The reason is simple: there are many cool pendant and chandeliers in the market. It not only brighten ups the place but it also automatically changes the atmosphere.
Segmented sofas
Why it's still in:
Segmented sofas or sectional sofas were one of the trends that picked up this year. According to interior designers, segmented sofas use spaces more efficiently. These sofas can also be moved front and back. So if you have friends and family over for a hangout then these sofas will come in handy.
Fancy tiles
Why it's still in:
Tiles on walls are old news. So to spice up the design of a wall or any particularly corner, fancy tiles are the way to go. In Bangladesh, fancy tiles are mostly of two types: rustic and decorative pattern tiles. Interior decorators prefer rustic tiles because they add a character to the room. Decorative tiles are, on the other hand, less expensive and easy to maintain.
Mismatched materials
Why it's still in:
Mismatching material (that too deliberately) can be a daunting task. Yet, somehow if done properly it can add an interesting perspective to the room. There is no set rule for mismatching material.
