Khulna Titans rope in Sarfraz Ahmed, Chris Lynn

Khulna Titans had made big steps towards a progressives BPL season having already acquired the services of Sri Lankan Maestro Mahela Jaywardene as their new coach.

Now, they have added Australia’s T20 sensation Chris Lynn and Pakistan’s Champions Trophy winning captain Sarfraz Ahmed to their roster.

The franchise have already made six signings for the upcoming winter season. While the BPL is not at the forefront for the rest of the year, however, the Khulna Titans have managed to turn some heads with their latest recruitments.

According to Cricbuzz, the Titans will be joined by Pakistan leg-spinner Shadab Khan. South Africa’s Kyle Abbott and Rilee Rosssouw also make the list of arrivals along with Srilanka’s hard hitting army officer-come-cricketer Sekkuge Prasanna.

Dhaka Dynamites have added big names to the roster as well - Mohammad Amir, Rovman Powell, Evin Lewis, Niroshan Dickwella, Asela Gunaratne, Shahid Afridi, Sunil Narine, Kumar Sangakkara will be a part of Dynamites, the franchise announced.

In a meet-the-press event yesterday, titled 'Mahela Jayawardene’ which took place at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka, the Sri Lanka legend answered question by Titan captain Mahmudullah Riyad. The duo were joined by Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) selector Habibul Bashar and BCB director and Titans managing director Kazi Inam Ahmed.
