The partnership stands at 127 from 215 balls. David Warner is not out on 88 and Handscomb is on 69.
Australians have been milking the singles pretty well. As the day nears an end, Warner and Handscomb has looked rather comfortable. Warner would however count himself lucky to have survived a dropped catch and a missed stumping.

End of over 60 (Warner 85, Handscomb 65)
With seven overs left in the day and Mehedi putting Warner into a bit of bother - skipper Mushfiq had the bright idea to bring on Sabbir Rahman. Sabbir concedes nine. The liittle pressure situation created from the maiden in Mehedi's over evaporates.

The third wicket partnership between Warner and Handscomb reaches 75 runs. Australia have found it easy in this session. They trail by 132 runs. Handscomb has been particularly impressive against the spinners.
No real bite on this wicket so far. The bounce is pretty even and there isn;t any sharp turns for the batsmen to contend with unlike in the Dhaka Test.

38.6- Aus 131/2 - Warner dropped! Difficult chance for Mominul at short leg. Tries to catch the ball on the second attempt as ball was momentarily in the air after hitting his hand. Could be a defining moment.
37.2, Aus 121/2 - Warner tucks Shakib away for a single to bring up his fifty. This has been one patient knock from the Australia vice-captain.
Australia take tea on 111 for two after 34 overs. The afternoon session on Day 2 saw 96 runs scored in 30 overs for the loss of skipper and half-centurion Steven Smith, who left a huge gap between bat and pad for Taijul Islam's first ball of the match to sneak through. It was a hard session of Test cricket as the pitch has started to turn more. Shakib AL Hasan, the hero of the first Test in Mirpur, looks like he would take a wicket at any moment, while David Warner is looking ominous on an unbeaten 42 off 85 balls, seemingly in it for the long haul. The last session may turn out to be the most important one of the match so far as Australia will look to finish with minimal further damage in chase of 305, while Bangladesh will be desperate to see the back of Warner as well as take at least two more wickets.

Nasir and Mehedi are continuing the good work as Bangladesh look to post a decent total. The late order partnerships have ensured that Bangladesh reach a decent total in the second Test. At one point yesterday, Bangladesh were struggling at 117/5 before the partnership between Mushfiq and Sabbir Rahman steadied the Bangladesh ship.
Both Sabbir and Mushfiq are gone now but Nasir and Mehedi would look to pull Bangladesh past 300.
