Tamim becomes Cats Eye brand ambassador
The popular fashion house Cats Eye on Monday signed national cricketer Tamim Iqbal Khan as its brand ambassador. The dashing opener will be seen taking part in different campaigns, promotional and CSR (corporate social responsibilities) activities of the fashion house.
"This is the first goodwill ambassador for any fashion house. It sounds good to think that I can be involved in the promotion of Cats Eye products. My fans will accept this very warmly," the cricketer said while taking part in a photo shoot for the company's winter collection.
Cat's eye director Sadiq Quddus said that Tamim's engagement with the product will help them promote their brand while they also took on rock singer Zohad Reza of Nemesis.
"We are grateful to stay with a national hero and popular cricketer Tamim. The presentation of two goodwill ambassadors -- Tamim Iqbal and rock singer Zohad -- will help us increase our popularity among young people of Bangladesh," Quddus said.
Tamim is currently recuperating from an injury and was left out of the squad for the Test series against the West Indies.
