Shakil slips to second

International Master Abu Sufian Shakil slipped from the top position of the Commonwealth Chess Championship at the close of the fourth round held at Waskaduwa in Sri Lanka yesterday.

Shakil, who was sharing the lead at the close of the third round with maximum three points, drew with Indian GM Sunildath Lyna Narayanan in his fourth board to fall to the second position along with 12 other players with 3.5 points each.
