10 Bangladeshi cricketers in PSL draft

10 Bangladeshi cricketers have been named in the draft for the fifth edition of the Pakistan Super League, which is scheduled to be played in February next year.

All the 10 Bangladeshi cricketers have been placed in Gold category of the draft, released by the Pakistan Cricket Board. The 10 cricketers are: Taskin Ahmed, Mohammad Mithun, Liton Das, Aminul Islam, Al Amin Hossain, Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Afif Hossain, Mosaddek Hossain, Abul Hossain and Alok Kapali.

A total of 144 cricketers from 14 countries have been placed in the Gold category, which is the highest category of the draft. The players who would be picked from the Gold category will fetch prices of 44 to 58 thousand US dollars. 

The PCB will soon release Platinum and Diamond categories, which are higher than Gold categories.
