Bangladesh scripted another famous ODI series win over India as the Tigers clinched the second match of the three-match series by five runs taking an unassailable 2-0 lead at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.

The Tigers came out victorious by 2-1 in the ODI series the last time India toured Bangladesh in 2015.

Liton Das-led Bangladesh restricted India to 266-9, courtesy of pacer Ebadot Hossain's three wickets and two each from Mehidi Hasan Miraz and Shakib Al Hasan.

Earlier in the day, courtesy of Miraz's unbeaten 83-ball 100 and a record 148-run stand for the seventh wicket between him and Mahmudullah, Bangladesh were able to post 271 for seven after losing six for only 69 at the 19 over mark.
