Tigers can take 20 wickets: Coach
Ahead of the Test against South Africa, Bangladesh cricket coach Chandika Hathurusingha said his side has the bowlers capable of bowling out any opponent.
Speaking to a pre-Test series press conference at Chittagong, the Tigers' coach hopes that his team's performance in the upcoming match will be consistent.
"The biggest challenge will be their bowlers because they have got a really world class bowling attack in Test cricket," Hathurusingha told reporters. "How our batters handle their fast bowlers especially will have a big impact on the outcome."
"We can look forward to play good Test cricket as well, if we get our roles right and perform consistently. I cannot compare what happened before and now we have got a balanced attack."
Regarding strategy of choice, the coach said Bangladesh will not play to the condition of the pitch but to their strength.
Fresh from the convincing 2-1 ODI series win against the Proteas, Bangladesh will play two Test matches against the visitors at Chittagong on July 21 and in Dhaka on July 30.
