The Dhaka Diplomatic Golf Association (DDGA) on Saturday organised a golf tournament at Kurmitola Golf Club where around 50 diplomats, expats and members of Tiger Golf Club participated.

Engineer Nasim Majumdar emerged as champion and H.E. ITO Naoki, Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh, finished as runner-up in men's category while Yasmin Rahman became champion and Songlim of Korean Embassy finished runner-up in women's category.

President of DDGA, Vikram Kumar Doraiswami, the High Commissioner of India, and the alternative president of DDGA, Lee Jang-keun, Ambassador of South Korea and Manzur Qader, vice-president of Tiger Golf Club were, among others present at the occasion.

Diplomats from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Kosovo, Maldives, Mongolia, Netherland, Pakistan, Switzerland, Turkey and high officials of several missions, as well as corporate professionals of the country were present too.
