Saudi Int’l tees off today

Golfer Siddikur Rahman will tee off alongside the cream of the golfing world in the PIF Saudi International, at the Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in Saudi Arabia today.

The 37-year-old, who recently returned from the USA and played in two season-ending events of the Asian Tour, will feature alongside the strongest field ever assembled for an Asian Tour event.

Americans Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau and Xander Schauffele, all in the top-10 on the Official World Golf Ranking, are competing as well as Phil Mickelson, Graeme McDowell, Sergio Garcia, Lee Westwood, Paul Casey, Tommy Fleetwood, and Ian Poulter, among others.

The tournament will also be one of the most lucrative in the Tour's history with a purse of US$5 million.
