Bangladesh could win against India, says Mashrafe
Bangladesh could win the world cup quarter-final match against India "if we had got the wickets", said Tigers' skipper Mashrafe Mortaza on their return from Australiathis evening.
"I believewe could have won that match if we had got the wickets," Mashrafe said at a press conference at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Mashrafe also expressed hopes that the Tigers will perform better in the next world cup.
In the quarter final, India beat Bangladesh by a big margin of 109 runs at Melbourne to advance into the semifinal of the ICC cricket World Cup 2015.
For Bangladesh it was the first World Cup knockout match in history where they were subjected to "questionable umpiring decisions" working in favour of India.
