Mashrafe released from hospital

Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza was released from hospital early today.

He was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Dhaka on October 9 after being diagnosed with dengue fever.

Although Mashrafe has recovered from the ailment, he has been advised by physicians to take rest at home for a few days.

Mashrafe was seen at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium around 5:30pm today during a friendly match between sports journalists and BCB directors.

He was scheduled to play in the National Cricket League from October 10, but dropped out due to his illness a day ahead.
