Bangladesh go down 6-0 against Pakistan in Muscat
A hattrick from Sufyan Khan saw Bangladesh suffer a massive 6-0 defeat to Pakistan in their second match of the Men's Hockey Junior Asia Cup in Muscat on Thursday.
Bangladesh, who arrived into the match on the back of a 3-1 win over hosts Oman, put up a strong fight against the formidable Pakistan side in the first quarter.
However, they could not keep up the fight in the remaining three quarters, during which Sufyan converted three goals from 12 penalty corners.
Muhammad Ahmed, Waleed Rana, and Zikriya Hayat also netted one goal apiece from open play against Bangladesh, who will face Malaysia on Saturday.
