Sanga smashes 4th consecutive ton in WC
Kumar Sangakkara created a unique record in Cricket World Cup history as he struck his fourth consecutive hundred in this year's tournament.
Sanga smashed 124 runs from 95 balls (13 fours, four sixes) against Scotland in the 35th match of the World Cup Bellerive Oval in Hobart today.
His imperious form has continued from the match against Bangladesh where he scored unbeaten 105.
In the next match against England, he took his team to victory with a classy unbeaten innings of 117.
He nearly took Sri Lanka home against Australia when he smashed 104 runs during the pulsating chase at Sydney Cricket Ground during the 32nd match of CWC 2015.
