Head misses out as Australia opt to bat
Australia have won the toss and elected to bat in the match against the Netherlands at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi today.
While Australia will be looking to continue their winning run after a wobbly start to their World Cup campaign, the Netherlands will be eying another upset following their defeat of South Africa earlier in the tournament.
The big news from the Australia camp was that Travis Head was still not good enough for a return. Skipper Pat Cummins said that Head will need a few more days. Australia made one change, bringing in Cameron Green for Marcus Stionis, who has a calf niggle.
Netherlands captain Scott Edwards however said that they would have wanted to bowl first anyway. No changes to the Netherlands side from their loss to Sri Lanka.
Squads:
Australia XI: David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Steve Smith, Marnus Labuschagne, Josh Inglis (wk), Cameron Green, Glenn Maxwell, Pat Cummins (c), Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Adam Zampa
Netherlands XI: Vikramjit Singh, Max O'Dowd, Colin Ackermann, Bas de Leede, Teja Nidamanuru, Scott Edwards (c & wk), Sybrand Engelbrecht, Logan van Beek, Roelof van der Merwe, Aryan Dutt, Paul van Meekeren
