Tamim hits his 6th fifty against India

Tamim Iqbal of Bangladesh reached his sixth fifty in ODI cricket against India during the first game of the 3-match series at Mirpur today.
He was batting on 57 from only 52 balls till filing of this report. The southpaw from Chittagong smashed seven scintillating fours and a six in his knock so far.

His previous 50+ scores against India are 51, 55, 60, 70 and 70. Three of those Tamim scored at Dhaka.
The Bangladesh opener has played 15 ODI matches against India. His highest score is 70 and he averages 36.00 with the bat.
Tamim has scored 468 runs at the strike-rate of 87.47.
