How to regain confidence in sharemarket?
The Ukraine war began at a time when the world was recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic. The Eastern European conflict started taking toll on Bangladesh economy and the stockmarket index also.
Even the Dhaka Stock Exchange's turnover fell below Tk 300-crore level on December 6. Moreover, most of the shares are failing to find any buyer or seller now.
Why is this happening? Experts say investors are losing interest because of the floor price of stocks introduced by the stockmarket regulator.
