Are relatives of ministers, MPs now entitled to misuse power, influence?
A traveling ticket examiner (TTE) of Bangladesh Railway's Pakshey Division was suspended after he fined three passengers who were traveling without tickets, introducing themselves as relatives of the railway minister. The suspension order was, however, withdrawn today.
Has this become a norm in our country -- that even the relatives of those who are appointed to govern the nation get to misuse power and influence?
