How much do private sector workers know about labour laws?

Do the people, who work in the private sectors of Bangladesh, know about the labour laws of the country? How much do they know?

Are the organisations setting up their work hours according to the law? How important is women's safety at the workplace and how important it is for the workers to form a workplace union?
