We cannot condone party-based politics at private universities

Recently, Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) announced their intention to establish their committees across various private universities of the country. But this has been opposed strongly by students, teachers, and guardians alike. Can the practice of party-based politics benefit students in any meaningful way?
