There is something special about paper that only a book lover or a stationery crazy person will be able to comprehend. The fresh smell of newspaper early in the morning is as addictive as turning the pages of a new book. For an artist, the white space on the canvas is a playground for ideas to unravel and creativity to flow. 

For all you art enthusiasts, sketch artists, graphic designers, students and professionals – look out for The Conqueror Corporate Identity Design Contest, 2015, to let your imagination run wild! It is a unique platform for those who would like to showcase their talent. 

Either a grainy feel or the thick multitude -- touching paper with your fingers and feeling its intensity is definitely the first step to winning this competition. "This contest is much more than just sitting in front of your computer and designing the logo," says Farzeen K Chowdhury, Director, Paper Studio. "The graphic artists would have to first feel our paper, explore possibilities and then generate ideas. For instance, a visiting card, a poster or an envelope are all made of paper, however, the designs incorporated and ideas implemented are worlds apart. We would like our participants to first think of the end product, and then generate ideas and designs."
