Too much of a good thing
Eating out is probably the easiest way to get a full meal, without bringing a full hassle into one's home. Yet, rising issues over daily intake of processed food cannot be ignored. While we have a deep-seated love for all the franchises that are (and to be) it is best to take small steps, or rather, bites in this case.
The franchise restaurants are excellent for get-togethers, and maybe a quick lunch, or two in a week. But when eating out becomes a daily affair, then it's time to think things again. Not only are saturated fats, excessive sugar and salt the key concerns, it becomes a question of being in a loop of not developing a balanced meal plan.
No matter how well prepared the food at the best facility, it is still food made for commercial consumption. Even the best preservation methods require artificial elements that, when accumulated over the years in one's body, can prove to be fatal.
Nothing can replace a healthy home cooked meal with good portions of fibres, nutrients, proteins and carbohydrates. As the temptation is definitely hard to overcome, even while exercising the most of one's willpower, it is not that hurtful to indulge maybe twice or thrice a month. At the end of the day, the judgment and consideration lie with each individual.
