Joy terms Bhutan debacle an accident

Deputy minister for youth and sports Arif Khan Joy termed Bangladesh's defeat at the hands of Bhutan in the Asian Cup Qualifiers playoff as 'an accident' and blamed the then coach for wrong team selection.
