Dhaka Flow inaugurated its Health & Healing Studio on 7 September, 2024, in Banani, through a lively event, introducing a new hub for wellness that aims to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of its visitors.
Amidst the serene backdrop of Baridhara Lakeside Rajuk Park, Dhaka Flow organised its eagerly awaited “Inspire Her Wellness” festival in honour of International Women's Day on 8 and 9 March 2024. This event not only commemorated International Women's Day but also set a precedent for wellness and empowerment initiatives — it was a call to action for inclusion and a celebration of women's multifaceted roles in society.
Not often can 20 young and well-known influencers be seen disconnecting from the digital world and engaging in guided yoga and meditation sessions along with immersing themselves in heartfelt conversations and forging bonds that transcend the superficial. Thanks to Dhaka Flow, a unique gathering unfolded on 29 and 30 January, 2024 at the lush greenery of Seagull Resort and Spa Village in Tangail.
Dhaka Flow, a pioneer in promoting a holistic approach to wellness in the city, organised its much-anticipated second festival of yoga and wellness at Gulshan Society Lake Park on 10 and 11 November 2023. The event brought together vendors of wellness products, fitness teachers, and individuals and offered an immersive experience in movement, mindfulness, health, and community.
Yoga as an age-old practice has the power to transform lives. It not only improves physical flexibility but also boosts mental clarity. These yoga classes — conducted by four certified yoga instructors — cater to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
