Nothing changed in N Korea: UN expert

UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Marzuki Darusman, today warned that nothing has changed in the country since the UN Commission of Inquiry on DPRK presented its landmark report to the UN Human Rights Council two years ago.
