Bangladeshi actor Ahmed Rubel has claimed the ‘Best Actor’ award, under the Feature Film category, at the 15th Jaipur International Film Festival 2023 (JIFF). Rubel was nominated for his performance in the Satyajit Ray tribute film, “Priyo Satyajit”.

"Priyo Satyajit”, a tribute-film based on the legendary Bengali film director Satyajit Ray will be screened at the prestigious Jaipur International Film Festival on January 7. The film has been directed by independent film maker, Proshoon Rahmaan.
