The Lionesses were whisked straight to 10 Downing Street, the working home of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer which was decked out in England flags.
The Dutch coach has now firmly established herself as one of the greatest in the women's game.
"There were a lot of tears at full-time especially when I saw my family because those are the people who got me through those dark moments," Kelly said on Sunday.
England beat Spain 3-1 on penalties to win the Women's Euro 2025 and retain their title after Sunday's final had finished 1-1 at the end of extra time.
