Influx from Bangladesh is proxy war by Pakistan with China help: Indian army chief

Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat says a "planned" influx of people from Bangladesh into the Northeast region of India is taking place as part of a “proxy warfare” by Pakistan with support from China with an aim to keep the area disturbed, reports Indian news portal NDTV.
