Under the new process, the final selection of films will be made across multiple stages with cinema experts getting involved throughout the entire process.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of Bangladesh has recently authorised the registration of nine online news portals and eight online newspapers across the country, according to two circulars issued by the ministry on November 20.

On a global scale, there are very few Censor Boards, rather it is more common for countries to have Certification Boards.
