Noted actor Tariq Anam Khan is visiting the 45th Moscow International Film Festival (MIFF) with his film, “Peyarar Shubash”, along with its director Nurul Alam Atique. The actor landed in Moscow on April 20.
“As a filmmaker, it gives me immense joy to have learnt that the film got selected in the competition category with so many notable international films,” said the “Lal Moroger Jhuti” director. “Although it took us quite a long time to bring the film to a releasable state, we really worked hard to make this project. I hope that it continues to make a mark all around the world, through different festivals.
Speaking about her critically acclaimed short-film, “ICU”, Sushama said “ It was a turning point in my career. It was selected in 16 international film festivals and is continuing to gain accolades”.
The film will have its international premier at the film festival, which will take place on April 26. In the project, Jaya Ahsan plays the lead role.
