Now you can virtually visit Madina’s Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has created a virtual 3D platform that allows Muslims worldwide to visit Madina's Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the second holiest mosque in the world.
The portal allows users to have an immersive experience as they venture through the different sections of the holy mosque virtually from the comfort of their homes.
Known as the Prophet's mosque, Al-Masjid an-Nabawi is located in the heart of Madina and is a major Islamic pilgrimage site for Muslims.
The virtual tour is available in 4 languages - Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
Visitors can log onto the website vr.qurancomplex.gov.sa/msq/ to explore the holy Masjid an-Nabawi. Moreover, the virtual tour can be downloaded for offline viewing as well.
