Several high-profile tech executives are expected to attend US President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration on Monday, January 20, according to media reports.

Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai and Apple CEO Tim Cook are among those planning to attend, sources told Reuters and Bloomberg.

TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew is also reportedly attending the event. According to the New York Times, Chew has been invited to sit on the dais, a space typically reserved for former presidents, family members, and other distinguished guests.

Reuters previously reported that CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Elon Musk, former Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg are also expected to be present at the ceremony, citing a source familiar with the arrangements.

The attendance of tech industry leaders at the inauguration comes amid ongoing discussions and debates around the role of technology companies in political and social matters.
