Lychee farmers worried despite expected bumper harvest (video)

Lychee plantations in Dinajpur have come into an exotic bloom. Farmers and traders in Dinajpur are expecting a bumper harvest of lychee this year. However, they are worried about incurring loss due to the present political unrest in the country.

With nationwide blockades and shutdowns resulting from the ongoing political unrest in the country, traders are worrieda bout transporting their harvest of lychee to other districts, and if that happens they are likely to incurr heavy losses.
