Buet to resume online classes from Saturday

The authorities of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology have suspended its in-person classes following the Covid-19 spike in the country.

They also decided to resume virtual classes for Masters and PhD students from Saturday (July 2, 2022) before Eid, Prof Mizanur Rahman, director of student's welfare department, confirmed The Daily Star.

"Our undergraduate classes have been closed from yesterday as their exams ended," he added.

The notice signed by the Buet's Registrar Prof Md Forkan Uddin was issued yesterday (June 29, 2022).
