“Madona-43” screened in Manikganj In memory of Shilpacharya Zainul

Documentary film “Madona-43” by Bangladesh Udichi Shilpi Goshthi (Udichi) was screened at Central Shaheed Minar premises in Manikganj on Saturday evening. Udichi arranged the event to observe the birth century anniversary of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin.

Art and Cinema department of central unit of Udichi organised a two-day long art camp at Bhalkutia village of the district to observe the 100th birth anniversary of the pioneer artist.

Renowned artist Raghunath Chakrabarty formally inaugurated the art camp on Friday. Shankar Shawjal, vice-president of central unit of Udichi; Prodip Ghosh, secretary of Art and Cinema unit of Udichi; Kirit Ranjan Biswas, convener and Sangeeta Imam, member secretary of the art camp; Samoresh Mandal Santu and Arif Nur, members of Uddichi -- were present at the function. 

Around 30 trainers of the Udichi from across the country took part in the art camp.
