Poppy to star in a web series

Noted actor Poppy is all set to star in her first ever web series, Indubaala, where she will be playing the titular character. The series will be shot in Bangladesh as well as India.

“Working on a web series is a completely new experience for me. The character has provided me with much to explore, in terms of creativity,” says Poppy.

On the other hand, she will start shooting for the film, Cut Piece, directed by Bilbul Biswas, from the beginning of 2019.  Among other things, Poppy is also preparing for the films Kaathgoray Sarat Chandra, Shahoshi Joddha and Save Life.
